SCADA system for paint factory

This project consisted of revamping the control and management system of a water-based paint production line in a paint factory.

Differents recipes were developed to obtain more flexibility on the production line.

From the SCADA is possible to control the pumping of raw material to mixers and from them the final product to the packaging zone.

In this project it was used a PLC ControlLogix and a FactoryTalk SCADA, all of them by Allen Bradley.
